What We're Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is driven, competitive, and hardworking, with excellent painting skills both spray and brush and roll. You should be an excellent masker and spray mechanic, and able to cut a clean line with a brush. You should be comfortable using computers and mobile applications for job management. The right partner will be able to read plans, adapt quickly in the field, and lead by example. But most importantly, you must be driven to succeed.
We have the plan, we have WINWINI—our comprehensive proprietary software platform—to help us scale efficiently. We are ready to go...just need the right partner to run field operations.
